Grilled or baked its your choice

Here is the List of things you will need to make this dish:

* Two mushroom caps 3 to 4 inches in diameter

* Low fat mozzarella cheese ½ cup

* Sun dried tomatoes 2 table spoons

* Roasted garlic the minced type from the jar will work 2 teaspoons heaping

* Fresh basil 6 leaves or so sliced or 1/8 teaspoon of the dried type

* Deli style smoked chicken or turkey 4 slices medium thickness

* Or any lean precooked meat cut into bite size pieces will work nicely

* Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons worth

* Coarse ground black pepper to taste

* Two pinches of sea salt

* Washed with fins and stems removed

* You can use a spoon the remove fins

* Take your time and be careful not break the caps

* Pad dry with a paper towel and then cut tin foil into pieces large

enough to make it around one cap and place cap on it with the cored side up.

The next step is to put the salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce

On the inside of the cap

Mix the other ingredients in a small bowl minus the cheese

Place mixture into caps then cover with cheese

Close foil around the outside of the caps do not close the foil

Leave a nice large opening to let the steam out

Place them into the oven or onto the grill

If in the oven 350 degrees will work cooking times may vary per oven

30min in pre heated oven should work well

If your using a outdoor grill medium heat will be a nice choice and

If using charcoal grill place at the edge of the coals 30 min will work also test the caps for tenderness they should cut with a fork when done.
